Before I forget, drop on by Naughty and Spice where Jessa Slade is blogging and giving away a book (and earrings!).

And now…another new cover! This is for my book Four Play, my novella that out next month from Samhain…it is HOT just to warn you!

Duty required she choose one life mate. Her heart wants all three.

1354Mikayla knew this day was coming. News has come down from the planetary elders—now that she’s twenty-five, the law requires she pick her lifemate. She may be the planetary secretary, but when it comes to trying out potential mates, she’s inexperienced and nervous.

She only needs one man with whom she can trust her life. Luckily she knows three—all friends since childhood. Even if they’re not thrilled to be her potential lifemate, it’s the only way she can get through this process.

Mikayla couldn’t be more wrong about Cedric, Kyle, and Brett. They’re eager, yet resentful about the situation. Each one would kill to claim her, but they’re not too happy about having to risk their friendship to win her love. Yet, one by one, they set out to do just that.

Mikayla is stunned to learn all three men drive her mad with desire—and make her feel cherished. Loved. Choosing one seems impossible, until the one man she doesn’t want forces her hand…

Warning: This book contains one female being thoroughly tempted by three very different males—sometimes at the same time! It contains m/m and m/m/m/f scenes, rough lovin’, gentle lovin’, and all of the above lovin’.

Yay, yay, yay! Happy dancing. I just learned that each book in my Chances Are series was recently reviewed by FAR (Fallen Angel Reviews). Each book was given 5 Angels! Thank you to Rachel at FAR for the wonderful reviews! This is the series with three novellas, that will be rolled into oe print book that releases in July 2010! (The print cover is below!)

Chances_Are_cover_comp_V3“Ms. Stevens has done a brilliant job with the emotional depth. Anybody But Justin is a hot satisfying read well worth picking up.” Full review here.

“I loved the way Ms. Stevens starts this story out, she drops you right in at a tense moment and hooks you from line one. Luck Be Delanie is another great read from Ms. Stevens and I can’t wait to get my hands on the final book in the series.” Full review here.

“It’s hard to get emotional depth weaved into a story of this length but Ms. Stevens delivers, her characters are engaging and there’s no shortage of sizzling chemistry either…I couldn’t put Protecting Phoebe down and I’m sorry to see the end of this fabulous little series.” Full review here.

Check out the fun holiday JibJab with some of Laura Bradford’s authors over at The Bradford Bunch!

Well, I weighed myself today. After two months of being on jury duty and sitting on my butt, eating out, and not going to the gym. Six pounds. Six pounds now flubbering around on my body. That’s like six one pound boxes of chocolate all over my hips and thighs and, well, you get the picture.

So I’m back on the wagon. Eating healthy and hitting the gym (oh wow am I tired!). In fact, I even made a holiday playlist to workout to, and yes, Julia, it actually motivates me. Though I got a little paranoid starting out, and wondering if everyone could hear my cheesetastic Christmas songs. Still, I heart the holidays and how could I not incorporate it into my workout?

I mean, granted some of that weight could have come on during Thanksgiving, ’cause there was pie…lots of pie. But still, it’s coming off. Soon. Though it’s going to be a challenge with my romance writers’ chapter holiday party Saturday, and then shopping and dinner out with some girlfriends…followed by a little after party maybe? Hmmm.
