First! Drop by Naughty and Spice where Cynthia Eden is guest blogging and giving away a copy of her book!

All month long I’m ‘Sharing the Love’ and giving away other people’s books. (I’ll mail out books once a week to the winners!) So today’s book in my give away is Taking Care of Business by Lauren Dane and Megan Hart. IMPORTANT: PLEASE CHECK BACK TOMORROW TO SEE IF YOU WON, WINNERS ARE NOT EMAILED. I’LL PUT IT IN THIS POST’S COMMENTS SECTION!

n282515While attending a conference in Pennsylvania, best friends Leah Griffin and Katherine Edwards are dually tempted:  Leah is pursued by a handsome hotel manager, Kate by the co-worker she’s been having a secret, long-distance affair with.  Passionate interludes and scorching encounters make this a meeting to remember.

To win Lauren and Megan’s book, just leave a comment and answer this question: Are you guilty of having a little extra fun while on business?

If you’re comment does not show up right away, don’t worry, it’s probably in the spam filter and I’ll pull it out before drawing a name!

And don’t forget to check out my Take Me Away contest here!

Only if they are hot. It doesn’t matter that they are musicians, just hot!

  2. 2

For me, its not the musician that makes me hot, rather its their music. There are certain songs that I love to listen to that get me all in the mood! LOL! ::tMi::

  3. 3

Oops I forgot to change the question! LOL. Got it now. Don’t worry, you’re both still entered!

  4. 4

Only once. I was caught necking with my husband in the elevator.

  5. 5

No… sadly not. HOWEVER. I did meet my hubby at a job I had. No kinky stuff during hours unless you count him asking me out while we were working. Yeah, very romantic.

Yes! Let’s put it this way my husband used to be my boss.

  7. 7

I am going to have to say no. But I did meet my guy in an office we both worked at. ::happydance::

  8. 8

Yes, I do sometimes feel guilty if I have little side of fun on official business. I worry that I could have done a better job if I work more. :D

  9. 9

Yup. When the clients are paying for dinner I feel guilty about having that extra cocktail. But as long as they’re enjoying the company, I don’t feel too bad. ::workit::

Count me in. I love Lauren and Megan’s books!! ::yesyes::

I’d just like to say that this book was not based on anything ever happened in real life. EVER.

I’ve been guilty of having a bit too much fun only once while I was at a conference. It was two hours away from home though and oh so much fun! :D

  12. 12

I wish! Alas, I don’t get to travel on business.

  13. 13

I would like to but sadly it hasn’t happened to me yet.

  14. 14

I’m usually pretty good while I’m on business trips. One time I had lunch in a revolving restaurant and it cost over $100 and the company paid for it. My eyes bugged out but it was an enjoyable experience. :)

  15. 15

I’m afraid I’ve never had much fun while on business, never mind too much fun!

  16. 16

Guilty. A little business lurrv turned into a marriage so I don’t feel toooo bad about it.:)

  17. 17

Not really–haven’t had the opportunity, and now that I’m married, wouldn’t take it. Unless DH was involved somehow… ;)

  18. 18

    Hi Shelli,
When on business I am typically all about business, so that I can hurry and get home. Isn’t that so boring :) I’ve often fantisized about being the type of person that would let loose, but’s it’s just not in me. Not that I don’t have fun…just not that sort of fun :)

I would love to win this book by Megan Hart and Lauren Dane. They are two of my fav authors so I can’t believe haven’t read this yet!

  19. 19

No passionate interludes or scorching encounters while away on business for me. Especially now that I’m married. Although they never happened when I was single either. Kammie here wondering what fun I missed out on. lol

  20. 20

Sadly no. I did meet hubs at work. we both worked at Target. I was in the process of getting divorced when I met him. We have been together almost 20 years and married 13.

  21. 21

Are you guilty of having a little extra fun while on business?

No, but I wish I was lol. Work can be so boring :/

  22. 22

    Hi :)
Thanks for holding this great contest.
I’ve been out for dinner at an expensive restaurant when away on business but no “extra” fun. :)

    Hello,

I have never been in a situation that would lead to something more than “business”…

  24. 24

Ahh no love or intimate encounters for me while taking care of and business.

I have did some site seeing shopping though..

  25. 25

I’m only a student, so no business trips so far. But I think I would be concentrating on business things while on a business trip. Perhaps doing some shopping if there was spare time…

  26. 26

No extra fun earlier, sadly, and now that I’m married I wouldn’t want to.

  27. 27

Yep,,,a little quickie one-night stand between unmarried, consenting adults while away at an overnight sales conference. Misplaced a really nice blazer on that trip too. That’s all I’m going to say on that subject!

  28. 28

Today’s winner is Rob Charron. Rob, please email me at Shelli @ shellistevens.com with your address!

Everyone else, Monday will be my next book give away!

  29. 29

I’ve extended a ‘training’ by sending hubby up for the weekend. I think it was the best thing I ever did! He let me know on that morning I was to leave after the end of the day of workshops, that he got a sitter for the weekend and was on his way. I could so not pay attention in the workshop knowing he was coming!
