Okay, I’m sooo sick of the Seattle weather. Sick of it! I know I live here and I enjoy the rain and gray, but come on. When it hits June I like a little sun with my day. (Whoa, just had a Dr. Seuss moment) You know what I mean? Thank God I’m flying south for a week soon. :)

Disneyland! Under two weeks now!! Soooo excited. I’m thinking tank top, shorts (not too short because I’m not 19 with thighs of steel), and lots of sunblock (have you seen that pic of me to the right? I’m PALE!) Now we just need the airlines to cooperate. As if they weren’t scary enough in themselves, we’re flying standby. And then, in just under two months, it’s the San Francisco RWA trip. I’m just WAY too excited for that.

So I have to say I seriously got hit with the inspiration stick the other day. I’m in the middle of finishing up another project, but this new idea…hmm. I keep opening the word doc and writing a page or two. It’s fun and it’s dirty/hot. I love it. It’s a bit new for me, but so fun and I have to admit I’m exploring my wild naughty girl side. It’s probably going to be a shorter story though. We shall see ;) It’s kind of something I need to purge from my system though, it’s too strong to ignore.

I’ve got an exciting weekend coming up! My chapter meeting Saturday, and then Sat night me and a few girls from the chapter (lots of conference people) are doing an overnight at the conf. hotel for fun. Mainly to hang out and do girly stuff, and celebrate my sale (I swear, the celebrations are continuous. Not that I’m complaining!)

Okay, back to the writing. Just wanted to check in really quick. One day, I’ll be a better blog hopper. I promise. I do try and visit those who comment here, cause I’d be a total schmuck otherwise. I’m still a semi one for needing to be nudged. *Sigh*
