Okay, so I had this big old b*tch fest over at Naughty and Spice on Monday, about curly hair and how men supposedly don’t like it. Anyway, I’d been planning on going to the salon to get my hair cut and the color updated, and I told the lady all about my blog post. She was like ‘Have you ever straightened it?’ and I’m like, ‘No, not so much.’ So she offered to flat iron it so we could see the results.
So here is Shelli…sans curls. It’ll be back to normal in two days (when I wash it again)…or when it rains. Hee hee. Oh, I’m guessing the rain will come before the shower! (You can see me WITH curls in my bio!)
It looks great both ways! The joy of having curls is you can do both.
Oh I should add I’d NEVER have the patience to to this myself. My GAHD. Curly hair is low maintenance in comparison.
Wow you look hawt! Yeah I hate straightening my hair and it’s just a little bit of wave. Trying to straighten all of your pretty curls would make me nuts.

OH MY GOD! I LOVE it! I certainly wouldn’t do it all the time, but like my curly hair, straight is nice too! Don’t you love the soft feel of it? What did Emma think? Jada hates mine straight :o)
Oh, and the color is simply gorgeous. I’m jealous and really must go get mine done now…

Shelli – I love the straight hair but think you look great with curls as well. I have curls and the hairdresser straightened my hair for me once. It was like looking at a stranger in the mirror.
I like it straight but I do like curly hair on you, too. I think a change is nice. Have a good day!
Looks good. My daughter has really curly hair. Its beautiful but I know she probably won’t like it when she’s older. Seems like people with straight hair like curly people with curly like straight, lol.

It looks fab! But it’s just not Shelli. I love your curly hair. It’s okay when someone else does it but to stand there and straighten your own hair just take too much effort and time, not to mention a little bit of skill. Nope, not me, couldn’t do it. I just wish my hair looked as good as yours. Instead I’ve got this kind of straight kind of curly thing going on.
