Positively positive

You know, I think that positive thinking stuff is working! I received an email back from an editor on an invite to the Emerald City Writers’ Conference. Before opening it, I started to think…it’ll be a no. I then shifted my thoughts to…it’ll be a yes…and it was a yes! :) So lookey there, it worked! ;) I’m pretty excited about our line up! So I’m sending subliminal messages–or not so subliminal. Come to Seattle in October, everyone!!

The novella I’m working on slowed a bit this week due to Tempting Adam edits (which I just saw the possible cover, and I’m excited!!) and some chapter business. I really think being chapter president is a bit like having a full time job. But you know, I love to be busy and have a challenge–so I do well.

And now that my minor surgery has healed and the stitches are out, I’m back to working out again. Wow, I can’t tell you how much I missed it. I am going to be healthy. And going to lose weight. And I’m EXCITED about it.

    I really want to come to the Emerald City conference this year. I mean I really don’t have any excuses since I live so close. So, yes, I’m coming!
