Well, Shelley Munro tagged me with a dirty meme, but I’ve decided not to do it. Here. *Grin* Next week ALL the Naughty and Spice girls will be answering the dirty little quiz at our hang out, so be sure to drop by!

Okay, so I’ve been a bad little blogger this week. Sorry. I’m busy sending many, many emails. There’re queries for my book, as well as invites to the Emerald City Writers Conference. (It’s kind of funny because you can get a form rejection letter for that, too!) And emails from chapter members and old chapter members. You know, for some reason, I thought being Vice Pres of my RWA chapter was more work than being President, but now that I’ve been in the position for about a month I realize I was delusional. Plus also this week I had minor surgery (my first time with stitches!), parent teacher conferences, and have been leaning how to create a brochure for my book for when it goes to print. So yeah, a little busy. Things should calm down soon.

But with all the work I’m doing for the ECWC conference, I have to say that Cherry Adair is again stunning me with how wonderful she is. And she’s not the only one. We have several authors in our chapter who are so very giving. And I love them all dearly! Anyway, we’re looking to have another great conference. :)

So I did get another great review a couple of days ago. This review was for my book Primal Attraction. Thank you, Angel, for the lovely review! Here’s a small part…

“PRIMAL ATTRACTION is an excellent title for this book because it describes it perfectly… The love scenes are numerous and entice the reader to keep turning the pages. Shelli Stevens is a talented author and readers will gobble up this book and look forward to her next endeavor.” 4.5 ribbons, Romance Junkies

All right, off to send more emails. I just wanted to check in. Oooh, been awhile since I had a hottie on my blog. Why don’t I leave you with one of my objects of lust. This guy makes my heart go pitter pat. Joaquin Phoenix. I think the movie that really sealed it was Signs.
