Well I had an absolutely wonderful Christmas. Lots of build up and excitement. And what made it perfect was the fact that it actually snowed yesterday! We don’t usually get much snow and so to have it happen on Christmas was amazing! My daughter is at the age where she gets excited about Santa and presents.

A new and fabulous (and way easier and quicker) digital camera
A small and fabulous DVD player (really, I’ve been playing videos)
And an MP3 player that I picked out but have no idea how to work. (I want to hurl it through a window and scream for it to die).
Did I mention I’m technology challenged? Cause I am. Totally. THIS is when I wish I had a man who could say, “Look, honey. All you gotta do is this…” Instead, I’ll continue to beat my head into the wall and hope something starts to make sense. Or call up a friend who might have a clue. Yes, I know, I shouldn’t depend on a guy (cause they could be just as clueless) but I’m old fashioned.
I also received a lot of girly lotion stuff, gift cards to bookstores, and Starbucks gift cards to last me until…well, okay, the way I drink it? A couple weeks. If that. Santa gave my daughter a Thomas the Train laptop, and she’s in heaven. She gets to sit by mommy while we both work on our computers! *Grin* And this morning I braved the mall and went to try on a new pair of jeans… I’m down a size! (A little tight, but ya know, it’s all good. It motivates me to keep going!)
