Man I’m blogging late tonight! Ack I can’t even believe I’m up at this hour. But I was getting some writing done. I had a love scene I was working on. My hero and heroine were tired, I’m telling you, I started it at six and it’s almost one. That’s seven hours of sex. Even my characters get burned out after that long ;)
Actually I have my friend’s daughter for a few days so she can have some time off. So I’ve got two kids right now, so the writing is getting squeezed in. But I have to say… I had some great inspiration recently for this novel. No, I didn’t do anything naughty. But I thought about it. And suddenly my novel has taken a turn again. My heroine is plus sized, and my hero is now African American. And I am LOVING writing this book. I keep pushing myself with writing. Paranormals, interracial, plus sized heroines (that’s not such a stretch, I’m a meat and potatoes girl. Well, except I don’t eat steak. Or potatoes. French fries sometimes!) Anyhow, who ever ends up with this Caveman entry I hope will love it as much as I do!
Lacy and her daughter came over to play today. We all sat outside in the sun, sat in the plastic wading pool. So great. Gotta love it. And Emma fell again, pushing her pretend shopping cart, and cut up like four fingers. She’s digging the Care Bear bandaids now.
Thanks for all the congrats and support yesterday, you guys. I know I don’t usually comment in the comments, but I read everyone and always get all gooey and ‘ahhh.’ Trust me. I get all bummed on the days no one comes to say hi!
ACK it’s after one. I need to go to bed. The kids will be up wanting peach crepes in about 6 hours.
Okay, since most of you are out of town probably for the holidays the pics of the day are gonna be a little more sucky. More cute or boring. Yesterday’s was the first sucky one. This is more of a cute one. Deal with it! :) Love you!

Your story sounds great. It’s actually kind of fun to stretch the wings, though scary, too. I feel that way about the one I just finished up.
